WDH-IFH15 Electric Heater 15 kW
Electric fan heater with 15 kW heating output and 400 V heavy-duty power connection for commercial, industrial and construction site use
The WDH-IFH15 electric heater is a high-performance electric fan heater with up to 15 kW of heating output for the rapid heating of large rooms, halls, workshops, construction sites and commercial areas. With an air circulation of approx. 2,245 m³/h, the unit distributes the heated air quickly and evenly throughout the room.
The electric fan heater operates without an open flame and without combustion. As a result, no exhaust gases are produced during heating operation and no oxygen is extracted from the room. This makes the WDH-IFH15 particularly attractive for heating enclosed interior spaces, provided that the electrical connection requirements are met.
Important: 400 V / 32 A heavy-duty power connection required
The WDH-IFH15 is operated via a 400 V three-phase current connection with 32 A and requires a suitable five-pin CEE connection. A heavy-duty power cable is not included in the scope of delivery. Suitable CEE32A accessories can be ordered separately.

15 kW electric heater for construction sites and commercial use
The WDH-IFH15 is particularly suitable for temporary heating of areas where heat is required quickly and flexibly. Due to its high heating output, the unit can be used, for example, on construction sites, in workshops, warehouses or production areas.
Since the WDH-IFH15 operates electrically, no combustion exhaust gases are produced during operation. In contrast to gas- or diesel-powered heaters, no oxygen is consumed by a combustion process during electrical heating.
Ideal for electric heating:
Construction sites, workshops, warehouses, production rooms, assembly halls, garages, commercial spaces and other areas where a powerful 400 V electric fan heater is required.
Three heating levels for flexible heat output
The WDH-IFH15 electric heater has three heating levels. This allows the heat output to be adjusted to the respective situation.
| Heating level |
Output |
| Level 1 |
5 kW |
| Level 2 |
10 kW |
| Level 3 |
15 kW |
| Fan |
Operation without heating function possible |
Selecting a lower heating level may be useful when less heat is required. Up to 15 kW is available for maximum heat output.
Stepless temperature control
The desired temperature can be set steplessly in the range from 0 to 40 °C via the integrated mechanical thermostat. This allows the WDH-IFH15 to regulate the room temperature as required.
The thermostat ensures that the heater does not have to operate permanently at maximum power. As soon as the desired temperature is reached, heating operation is controlled according to the setting.
Electric heater without oxygen consumption
A significant advantage of an electric fan heater is its operation without combustion. The WDH-IFH15 generates heat electrically and therefore does not require fuel such as gas, oil or diesel.
- No open flame
- No combustion exhaust gases from heating operation
- No oxygen consumption through combustion
- No fuel storage required
- Direct conversion of electrical energy into heat
- Well suited for many enclosed interior spaces
Robust housing for demanding operating conditions
The WDH-IFH15 features a robust metal housing and is designed for commercial use. With two practical carrying handles, the approximately 14.5 kg electric heater is relatively easy to transport and position flexibly at the place of use.
The IP24 protection class offers a certain degree of protection against splashing water. However, the unit must still be used in accordance with the instructions in the manual and under suitable environmental conditions.
Safety functions of the WDH-IFH15
-
Overheating protection – protects the unit in case of excessive thermal load.
-
Reset function – allows for resetting after the overheating protection has been triggered, in accordance with the manual.
-
Thermostat control – allows for temperature control based on demand.
-
IP24 – splash-proof design for suitable operating conditions.
Safety with heavy-duty power connection:
Connecting a 15 kW electric heater to a 400 V / 32 A circuit may only be carried out via a suitable and correctly fused connection. In case of uncertainty regarding connection, fusing or installation, a qualified electrician should be consulted.
