The Fral FDK100 is a powerful dehumidifier with up to 80 liters of dehumidification capacity per day. Thanks to its well-engineered hot gas defrosting system, the dehumidifier is also suitable for cooler areas down to 1 °C, making it particularly interesting for unheated basements, garages, storage rooms, and other large spaces.
The Fral FDK100 was developed for the dehumidification of larger rooms. With a dehumidification capacity of up to 80 liters per day and an air circulation rate of 1100 m³/h, the dehumidifier is suitable for numerous demanding applications.
The specified application range is up to approximately 250 m² or 1000 m³. The actual achievable dehumidification capacity depends on the room temperature and relative humidity.
A particular strength of the FDK100 is its use in cooler rooms. While many conventional condensation dryers lose significant performance at low temperatures, the Fral FDK100 can be used from an ambient temperature of 1 °C according to the manufacturer's specifications, thanks to its hot gas defrosting system.
This makes the dehumidifier particularly suitable for unheated basements, garages, and storage rooms where increased humidity can occur permanently or seasonally.
Under optimal conditions, the Fral FDK100 achieves up to 80 liters of dehumidification capacity per 24 hours. This maximum value is reached at 30 °C and 80% relative humidity.
At lower temperatures, the dehumidification capacity changes. Therefore, when choosing a dehumidifier, one should always consider the actual conditions under which the device will be used.
The FDK100 is equipped with hot gas defrosting. This supports the operation of the condensation dehumidifier even at low ambient temperatures and makes the device particularly interesting for unheated rooms.
The specified temperature range is from 1 °C to 35 °C. However, at very low temperatures, a lower dehumidification capacity is generally to be expected.
